For the perfect pedicure, remove old polish then soak your feet in a bowl of warm water. Relax for 15 minutes then pat feet dry before removing dead skin with a foot file. Use large nail clippers to trim your toenails, massage in cuticle oil, and then push the cuticles back gently. Now your nails are ready for Base Coat, your gel polish of choice, and Top Coat for the finishing touch.

You can return Christmas gifts purchased between 11th November and 25th December up until 31st January 2025. Orders placed on or after 26th December will be subject to our normal return policy.

PEAK PERIOD DELAYS

Due to a high volume of orders over busy periods, like Christmas and Black Friday, our dispatching time is likely to be a little slower than usual. 

As usual, if you’ve purchased on a Friday or the weekend, orders placed after 1PM aim to be dispatched on the Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed after 1PM will not be dispatched until the next working day. However, it could take up to 5 working days for your goodies to arrive during this busy period and express delivery won’t be available for Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

We understand this is frustrating but in the meantime, thanks for persevering with chipped nails a little longer as you wait for the remedy.
