Please note that orders placed after 12 noon will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 12PM on Friday and over the weekend aim to be dispatched on the Monday of the following week.

PEAK PERIOD DELAYS
Due to a high volume of orders over busy periods, like Christmas and Black Friday, our dispatching time is likely to be a little slower than usual.
As usual, if you’ve purchased on a Friday or the weekend, orders placed after 12PM aim to be dispatched on the Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed after 12 noon will not be dispatched until the next working day. However, it could take up to 5 working days for your goodies to arrive during this busy period and express delivery won’t be available for Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
We understand this is frustrating but in the meantime, thanks for persevering with chipped nails a little longer as you wait for the remedy.

Before we can dispatch your order, we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to make this bit as quick as possible! Good news – once you receive your order confirmation email, it’s all been authorised so you can get excited for the post!
