The MYLEE mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by MYLEE (“ MYLEE ” , “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to MYLEE’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related messages and promotional messages, including transactional messages: updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) We will send promotional messages: and specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from and on behalf of MYLEE via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with MYLEE . Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other MYLEE mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

T&C’S INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders to the Republic of Ireland, France and Germany can take up to 10 working days. Please note that there may be a few days in which your tracking has not updated. It can take 1-2 working days for your order to go into the system and/or if your parcel is on route to the destination. Please note that 10 working days does not include any bank holidays in the UK, or holidays in the country of the order’s destination. ORDERING AND CANCELLING THE ORDERS
When you order online you will be asked to check all your details before placing your order by clicking on the "Proceed to check out" button. Once you have ordered goods online, please check and confirm your order status by logging in to your Account. We will also send you an e-mail confirming your order, however, please note that we shall not be responsible if our e-mail is identified by any webmail service as junk mail and undelivered/misdelivered.

The Customer shall pay the price of the goods in pound sterling. If a credit/debit card associated with a different currency is used, additional bank charges may apply.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit/debit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS, METHOD OF PAYMENT AND INFORMATION ON YOUR ACCOUNT
If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to amend the address. If it has been dispatched, please log on to the Yodel or Hermes tracking portal where you can request for the address to be amended. Please note that an address change can't be guaranteed once your order is with the courier.
Once you have paid for your order, we are unable to amend the payment method. If you have paid using an incorrect method of payment, please contact us and we can check to see if we can cancel the order. Alternatively, please refuse delivery from the driver and we can issue a refund once the order has been returned to us. If the order is not refused at the time of delivery, you will need to return the item. Please note returns are paid for by you, the customer.
On some occasions, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system due to:
- Problems with processing payment information
- Unavailability of the item(s)
- Inability to deliver to address provided
- Your request for cancellation
- Duplication of the orders
If you would like to cancel your order please e-mail email@example.com with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, we will notify you of this fact. Then once you receive the item(s), please return them in accordance with the Returns Procedure below.
From the 15th November 2023, you can return Christmas gifts up until the 31st January 2024
Mylee.co.uk offers a 30-day-returns guarantee on all orders. You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving them, though this does not apply to items that have been altered, are missing labels or have signs of having been used or damaged. If you wish to return any goods using our 30 day returns guarantee you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and reasonable care must be taken to ensure the goods remain in good condition. All costs for sending goods back are at the expense of the buyer and we do not cover those costs.
If you opt to return the goods you purchased, we strongly advise requesting proof of postage as Mylee.co.uk is not responsible for goods missing in transit. Incorrect orders can be corrected subject to stock availability and additional postal charges are to be paid for by the buyer. If you receive an item that was not ordered by you and this was a mistake on our part, we will exchange the item at no extra cost. All goods must be returned by recorded delivery before a replacement can be sent.
We also run a 90-day money back guarantee on all Mylee Nail Kits. This means that if you bought one after the 22nd May 2023 and aren't delighted after trying it out, you can send it back and we'll fully refund your money. Shipping expenses won't be covered

Mylee Clubhouse – Terms and Conditions of loyalty programme
Mylee is introducing a free to enter Gift Programme (“the Programme) called “Clubhouse” which “you”, the “customer”, the “participant”, will need to sign up to and thereafter opt in, which will then allow you to receive a free Mylee gift for every 15 colour polishes you purchase directly (not through retailers) through the Mylee.co.uk website.
All customers must be individuals aged 16 years or older and have a valid email address. Mylee reserves the right to change or withdraw any rewards of the Programme or suspend or terminate the Programme at any time at its sole discretion and for any reason. Mylee reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any participants account for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
- if we reasonably believe that these terms have been breached;
- if false or misleading information is provided;
- if we consider that an individual’s conduct has been improper, abusive, defamatory, criminal or offensive in any way to another individual or to a member of the Mylee team.
The only products eligible for the programme are 10ml Mylee Gel Polish colours. These are defined as polishes that come in a 10ml Mylee black bottle.
Once you have purchased 15 Mylee colour polishes, whether it is through one transaction or spread over a number of transactions and so long as you have purchased the colour polish through the Mylee.co.uk website, then you will remain eligible for a free Mylee gift. Only colour polishes will qualify under this Programme. Topcoats, base coats, Builder Gel, Foil Gel, Fix ‘N’ Flash Gel, Gel Liners, and Magic Extender Gel and or other Mylee items are not eligible for the Programme. Once you hit your 15 colour polish milestone, you will be eligible for a free Mylee gift with your next order. The free gift can only be delivered with your next order and will not be shipped on a standalone basis. You can pick your free gift from a selection Mylee have pre-chosen. Mylee reserves the right to vary without notice the value of the free gifts and the items themselves without notice.
There is no limit as to how many gifts you can obtain, so long as you qualify by buying the 15 colour polishes via the Mylee website. You will receive a gift for each 15 colour polish milestone you reach. You will be eligible to bank your gift for up to one (1) year and you will be able to add the banked gift to your next order.
In order for your purchase of a Mylee Gel Polish colour to count towards your free gift, you must be logged into you Mylee account at the time of purchase. Past orders cannot be added to your account retrospectively, even with proof of purchase.
There is no time limit as to the period over which you purchase the 15 colour polishes. A record of your purchases will stay on your account and each purchase of colour polish, will get you closer to hitting the 15 colour polish milestone.
This Programme cannot be used in connection or in conjunction with any other Mylee promotion.
b) The use of your Content is carried out by HSNF Limited and/or its direct and indirect affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "HSNF").
e) You must respond directly to us within the same chat, thread or by private message using the hashtag “#yesMYLEE” in order to release the agreed Content to us. If we do not receive your response within 7 days from the date we contacted you, we will assume that you do not consent to our use of your Content and your Content will not be used by us in any HSNF Media.
2. You and Your Content
You should only grant us permission to use your Content, if the following conditions are met:
i. You are 18 years or older;
ii. If minors are depicted in your Content, you are a parent/guardian with legal responsibility for any minors depicted in the Content;
iii. You grant permission for HSNF to process and use your name, social media handle, image, likeness and/or other personal information in connection with using your Content as contemplated by these Terms;
iv. You have permission from any and all third parties appearing in your Content for HSNF to process and use their names, social media handles, images or likenesses and/or other personal information in connection with using your Content as contemplated by these Terms;
v. You own or otherwise control the rights to use your Content and any and all elements contained within the Content; and
vi. Your Content, and HSNF’s proposed use of your Content pursuant to these Terms, does not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, copyright, trade marks, patent, defamation or confidentiality.
vii. It is not necessary to purchase anything from HSNF in order to contribute Content to HSNF Media.
3. Rights of use
a) You shall at all times retain ownership of your Content.
b) You hereby grant to HSNF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sub-licensable right to use your Content by displaying it on any of HSNF’s websites, social media channels, in dealerships and/or in other advertising.
c) HSNF may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your Photos in any manner in its sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever.
d) HSNF’s rights set out above shall expire 3 years after your acceptance of HSNF’s request to use your Content. You may revoke HSNF’s rights to use your Content before the expiry of HSNF’s rights by:
i. Removing your Content from the underlying social media platform on which you agreed to allow HSNF to use your Content; or
ii. Emailing HSNF stating that you no longer wish HSNF to use your Content at firstname.lastname@example.org
e) If you revoke HSNF’s rights to use your Content as set out above, HSNF shall stop using your Content within 20 days.
4. You and HSNF
a) HSNF is not required to use your Content, even if you have accepted HSNF’s request to use it. HSNF may choose to use, use and stop using, reuse or not use your Content at any time.
b) You acknowledge that HSNF is not responsible for, and has no liability for, any use of all or any part of your Content outside of the uses contemplated by these Terms. You agree to release HSNF, along with its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees and successors from any and all claims that you or any persons acting on your behalf have or may have relating to the use of your Content in accordance with these Terms.
c) You hereby release and discharge HSNF from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your Congtent and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above.
d) To the extent it is permitted by law to do so, we accept no liability for any damage, injury or loss suffered due to our use of your Content.
e) We will only use personal information supplied by you for the purposes of posting your Content, unless you provide your consent for us to use your personal information for any other agreed purpose.
f) These terms are governed by English law and any disputes in relation to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
