To use your nail magnet, prep nails then apply Mylee Base Coat and cure. Next, apply a coat of Cat Eye or regular polish and cure again. When you apply the following layer, hover your magnet over the surface before curing to create unique effects. Then cure, apply No Wipe Top Coat and cure again. Now it’s time to admire your beautiful nails!

Ready to level up your mani with magnetic magic? Cat-Eye Gel Polish creates a hypnotic, shimmering effect - but getting that perfect look takes a little know-how. Here’s how to get it just right:

Go one nail at a time

Apply the polish, use your magnet, and cure immediately. This locks the magnetic particles in place before they have a chance to shift. If you wait too long, the effect can soften or fade.

Get up close

Hold the magnet as close as you can to the nail without touching it. The closer it is, the sharper and more defined the effect will be. Hover for 5–10 seconds to allow the design to form, then cure straight away.

Switch up your base

You’ve got options:

For a subtle shimmer, apply 1–2 coats of Cat-Eye Gel and cure as normal.
For a more intense look, try a layer of black gel polish underneath your Cat-Eye shade. Cure each layer before moving on for a rich, high-contrast finish.
