Working it into your routine

Massage cuticle oil in once or twice a day, especially after removing gel or washing your hands, when nails are at their driest. If you wear gel regularly, keeping cuticles hydrated between sets helps your natural nails recover and hold the next manicure better. Little and often beats an occasional heavy application.
