Collection: Clear Gel Nail Polish
Mylee's clear gel nail polish collection is all about a barely-there finish. Rather than one flat clear, these are sheer shades: soft nude undertones, delicate metallic and shimmer finishes, and playful sprinkle effects that still read as natural on the nail. Every shade is vegan, HEMA-free and TPO-free, cures in 60 seconds under a Mylee LED lamp and lasts up to 3 weeks. Not to be confused with Clear 5-In-1 Builder Gel, which is a thicker, strengthening formula.
Sheer nudes, shimmer and sprinkle finishes
This collection is a set of soft, natural-looking finishes rather than a single clear coat. You'll find sheer shades with a gentle nude undertone for a clean, barely-there manicure, subtle shimmer and metallic finishes that catch the light, and sprinkle effects that add fine texture. Being sheer, they build best in two to three thin coats over a base coat, cured for 60 seconds each and sealed with a top coat.
Clear gel polish vs Clear 5-In-1 Builder Gel
It's worth knowing the difference. These are thin colour-and-finish polishes for a natural look, while Clear 5-In-1 Builder Gel is a thicker formula designed to add strength. If your nails just need a soft, glossy finish, reach for the polish; if they need reinforcing, that's a job for builder gel. Either way, you get the same vegan, HEMA-free and TPO-free formula as the rest of our gel nail colours range.
FAQs
Are these polishes completely clear?
Not quite. They're sheer shades with soft nude undertones, shimmer or metallic finishes, or fine sprinkles, all designed for a natural, barely-there look.
Is clear gel polish the same as builder gel?
No. Clear gel polish is a thin finish formula for a natural look; Clear 5-In-1 Builder Gel is thicker and adds strength.
Can I wear these shades on their own?
Yes. Applied over a base coat and sealed with a top coat, they give a soft, natural finish.
How many coats do I need?
Being sheer, build two to three thin coats for the finish you want, curing each for 60 seconds under a Mylee LED lamp.
