While you can paint on multiple thin layers, the professional hack for solid glitter is the sponge method. Apply some glitter gel to a cosmetic sponge and press it onto your cured base coat. The sponge absorbs the excess liquid gel, leaving a dense layer of concentrated glitter behind. Cure for 60 seconds and seal.
